The UP-820N is also a flexible solution combining reliable hardware and brilliant display with powerful built-in application
software.
The combination of normal keyboard and touch screen results in an easy to use ergonomic and intuitive user interface Via the
touch screen the number of accessable PLUs or functions keys can be perfectly increased.
This minimizes entry errors and allows rapid entry sequences.
Untrained personnel are guided via the touch screen through individual orders.
As a result costs are reduced by minimizing errors, enhanced productivity by fast operation and increase of customers
satisfaction by shorter service time.
The developement of the UP-820N reflects to the needs of the retail businesses.
Many new features, such as “Single Crate / combined Crate function”, “Discount groups for automatic customer deduction”,
”Bonus point function” or “Detailed authority control per clerk” have been incorporated while EAN minimum stock control, Bottle
return link and different promotion possibilities like discount the cheapest item, item free or defined sales amount are standard
functions.
Detailed reports allow to analyse PLU / EAN sales performances or to control clerk transactions. System expansion
requirements are supported by serial interfaces.
With the Ethernet LAN system all models of the UP-800 series can be integrated within one network.
The SD card usage supports wireless and therefore cost efficient storage of sales and Electronic journal data.
