The UP-3500 is a flexible solution combining reliable fanless hardware and brilliant display with powerful built-in application
software.
The touch screen technology supports an easy to use ergonomic and intuitive user interface in order to minimize entry errors
and to allow rapid entry sequences. Each of the 30 different screens can be designed as flexible as needed.
Based on this flexibility untrained or temporary employees are guided via the touch screen through individual orders.
As a result costs are reduced by minimizing errors, enhanced productivity by fast operation and increase of customers
satisfaction by shorter service time.
The UP-3500 is developed to reflect the needs of the different hospitality, Fast Food and retail businesses.
Many new features, such as "“Customisable function menu keys”, “Simple Room function”, ”Different promotion activities” or
“PLU information text” have been incorporated while sophisticated table management, different bill separation possibilities
including transaction recall functionality and cooking to guest-specific tastes are standard functions.
Detailed reports allow to compare product groups, promotion sales results or to analyse clerk sales activities. System expansion
requirements are supported by serial interfaces .
By the Ethernet LAN system all models of the UP-3500 can be integrated within one network and allows TCP/IP printer
connection.
The SD card usage supports wireless and therefore cost efficient storage of sales and Electronic journal data.
