Mode selection window OPXZ Mode: Allows cashiers/clerks to take X or Z reports for their sales information. OFF Mode: Locks all the operations of the POS Terminal. X1/Z1 Mode: Used to take various daily total reports (X1/Z1 reports).

When the amount tendered is greater than the amount of the sale, your POS terminal will show the change due amount and the symbol “CHANGE.

Temporary finalization by the f key allows you to open the check again for additional orders, and also show the current balance including tax.

You can take this reading any number of times. It does not affect the POS terminal’s memory. • Use the resetting function (Z) to clear the POS terminal’s memory. Resetting prints all sales information and clears the entire memory except for the GT1 through GT3, reset count and consecutive number.
