TROUBLE-SHOOTING GUIDE
Cleaner not coming out from spray nozzle.
• Check to see that the batteries are inserted properly
into the battery compartment. If there are batteries,
then insert new ones.
• Makesurethatthecleanserbottleisinsertedall
the way in. You should hear an audible “click” when
inserted.
• Checkthatthereisenoughcleaningsolutioninthe
cleanser bottle. If not, then insert a new bottle.
• Theremaybeairinthesystem.Holddownthespray
button for 5 - 10 seconds until the solution comes out.

Floors are cloudy, spotty or streaky after cleaning.
• Thecleaningpadmaybedirty.Replacewitha
cleanone.
• Ifthewashablecleaningpadwaswashedwitha
powderer detergent, the it may be damaged and
require replacement.
• Thesteammopmayhavebeenleftinonespotfor
too long with a damp cleaning pad.
 This may be leftover from past cleaners that were
used on the floor surface. Use the Steam Energized
Hard Floor Cleaner a few more times and see if
the leftover cloudiness is removed. If this does not
work, we suggest rinsing the floor with water and
letting it dry. One or more rinses generally removes
the residue. A more stubborn case may require you
to rinse the floor with a mix of one part vinegar to
2 parts water. Then use the Steam Energized Hard
Floor Cleaner again with a clean pad.
