View an em ail
1. In Idle mode, press <M enu> → M essag es → My
m essag es → Em ail inbox.
2. Select Check new mail.
3. Select an em ail or a header.
4. If you selected a header, press <O ptions> →
Retrieve to view the body of the em ail.
Add and find contacts
L earn the basics of using the Phonebook feature.
Add a new contact
1. In Idle mode, enter a phone num ber and press
<O ptions>.
2. Select Save co ntact → a memory location (phone
or SIM) → New.
3. Select a num ber type (if n ecessary).
4. Enter co ntact information.
5. Press < S ave> or the Centre key to add the contact
to memory.
Find a contact
1. In Idle m ode, press <M enu> → Phonebook →
C ontact list.
2. Enter the first few letters of the nam e you want to
find.
3. Select the contact’s nam e from the search list.
Once you have found a contact, you can:
• call the contact by pressing []
•edit the contact’s information by pressing the
Centre key
