•Press and hold [] to sw itch betw een T9 and ABC
modes.
•Press [] to change case or sw itch to Number
mode.
•Press and hold [] to sw itch to Sym bol mode.
Enter text in one of the follow ing m odes:
View text or multimedia m essag es
1. In Idle m ode, press <M enu> → Messages → My
messages → Inbox.
2. Select a text or multimedia m essag e.
Mode Function
ABC
Press the appropriate alphanum eric key until
the character you want appears on the
disp lay.
T9
1. Press the appropriate alphanum eric keys
to enter an entire word.
2.When the word disp lays correctly, press
[] to insert a space. If the correct word
does not disp lay, press [0] to select an
alternative word.
Number
Press the appropriate alphanum eric key to
enter a num ber.
Sym bol
Press the appropriate alphanum eric key to
select a sy m b o l.
