Message
Launches Scroll Message Editor and allows you to create new scroll
messages.
Edit Scroll Message
Launches Scroll Message Editor and allows you to edit the scroll
messageselectedinthe“ContentFile”list.
Delete Scroll Message Deletesthescrollmessagesselectedinthe“ContentFile”list.
