● Enabling the approval feature
1. Click the “Miscellaneous options” tab in the
Conguration Tool window.
2. Select the “Use approval feature”.
The approval feature is enabled.
When the approval feature is enabled, content is not
distributed until a user with distribution approval authority
approves distribution.
Approval authority is set in the user group settings window.
● Registering a supervisor
To use multiple tenants, register a supervisor.
If you are only using one tenant, it is not necessary to register
a supervisor.
1. Click the “Miscellaneous options” tab in the
Conguration Tool window.
2. Click [Add new supervisor].
The create new supervisor window appears.
3. Add a supervisor.
Username:Nameofsupervisor.
Login ID: ID of supervisor.
Password: Password used by the supervisor to log in.
Description: Description of supervisor.
4. Click [OK].
● Deleting all supervisors
1. Click the “Miscellaneous options” tab in the Conguration Tool window.
2. Click [Delete all supervisor].
3. Click [Yes].
4. Click [OK].
