Setting Up a WEB Server (Control Tool)
● Adding an tenant
1. From the Windows taskbar of the management PC, click [Start], [All Programs], [SHARP Digital
Signage Software] and [Pro WEB Server Management Tool].
Management Tool will launch and the SHARP Digital Signage Software Pro WEB Server Version
ConfigurationToolwindowwillappear.
2. Click the “Tenants” tab and then click [Add] in “Tenant
Management”.
3. Enter the following information on the window.
Tenant Name: Name of the tenant.
Tenant ID: ID of the tenant.This is the ID that is set when
configuringthenetworksettingsfortheviewerPCforPUSH
typedistribution(staticIPaddress)orPULLtypedistribution.
An ID that is already registered cannot be registered.
Description:Explanationofthetenant.
“Administrator”
UserName:Nameoftheadministratoruser
Login ID: ID of the administrator user
Password: Password for the administrator user to log in
Description:Explanationoftheadministratoruser
“Data Folder”
This is a folder for storing the user, panel and schedule data.
To change the folder, click [Ref] and specify a folder.
“Restrictin on HTTP access from viewer PCs (IP address
notication / PULL type distribution)”
Set the user name and password for accessing the management PC from the viewer PC.
When you set up the network for the viewer PC, set the user name and password you set here.
To change the setting, click [Settings] and set a user name and password.
4. Click [OK].
•Tochangearegisteredtenant,clickthedesiredtenantin“TenantManagement”andthenclick[Edit].
You cannot change the tenant ID and administrator user ID.
•Todeletearegisteredtenant,clickthedesiredtenantin“TenantManagement”andthenclick[Delete].
Note that deleting the tenant will delete all information on the users, panels and schedules that belong
to that tenant.
