Setting Up a Server
ThissectionexplainshowtosetthemanagementPCasaWEBserver.
Set the environment for distributing content to the viewer PC or uploading content that you have created on the
operation PC to the management PC.
Setting Up a WEB Server (Initial Setup Wizard)
1. From the Windows taskbar of the management PC, click [Start], [All Programs], [SHARP Digital
Signage Software] and [Pro WEB Server Management Tool].
ManagementToolwilllaunch.WhenlaunchingManagementToolforthefirsttime,followthewizard
instructions to set up the WEB server.
2. Click [Next].
3. Create an tenant.
Create an tenant that will be used to manage the user, panel
and schedule data.Enter an tenant name and tenant ID (up
to30alphanumericcharacters).
“Default tenant data folder”
This is a folder for storing the user, panel and schedule data.
To change the folder, click [Ref] and specify a folder.
Whentheentryiscompleted,click[Next].
4. Register an initial user.
Register user information for logging in to the server for the
firsttime.
Enterausername,loginID(upto30alphanumeric
characters)andpassword(upto30alphanumeric
characters).
Whentheentryiscompleted,click[Next].
