Uninstalling SHARP Digital Signage Software Pro WEB Server Version
• IfyoureinstalltheServerVersionandViewerVersion,youneedtoobtainalicensecodeagain.
• UninstallingtheServerVersionwillnotdeleteanytenantsorusersthatyouhavealreadycreatedas
well as data that was uploaded to the server.You will be able to use the data again upon reinstalling
the Server Version.
• UninstallingtheClientVersionwillnotdeleteanyprograms,schedulesorcontentfilesthatyouhave
alreadycreated.YouwillbeabletousethefilesagainuponreinstallingtheClientVersion.Notethat
programs that were uploaded to the server will not be deleted because they are stored on the server.
1. Start your PC.
2. Close down all applications.
3. Launch the SHARP Digital Signage Software setup maintenance program (setup.exe).
•Double-clickthesetup.exefiletolaunchthesetupmaintenanceprogram.
•Ifasecuritywarningsaying‘Thepublishercouldnotbeverified.’isdisplayedduringtheinstallation,click
[Run].
Whenthe[UserAccountControl]dialogboxappears,click[Allow]
(forWindowsVista)or[Yes](forWindows7).
4. Select the “Remove” option button, and click [Next].
