Viewer Update
● Distributing contents in advance
This function lets you distribute contents to the viewer PC in advance.
Click the “Viewer Update” function tab.1.

Usethegrouptreetoshowonlythepanelsregisteredinagrouponthelist.•
Specifyafiltertoshowonlythepanelsthatsatisfytheconditionsonthelist.(•

Assign the contents to a panel.3.
1) Click a panel to assign the contents.
You can also select multiple panels.
2) Align the mouse pointer with

3) Click[AssignMyContents].
The[ViewerUpdate]windowwillappears.
•Whenyouloginasasupervisor,“SelectTenant”appears.
•Selectatenant.
4) Selectthecontentsandclick[OK].
The contents are now assigned.
Con rm distribution4.
1) Clickapaneltoconfirmdistribution.
You can also select multiple panels.

3) Click[OK].
Distributionisnowconfirmed.
Confirmedcontentsaremarkedwiththeconfirmedsign(
).
 •ThecontentsaresenttotheMyContentsFolderintheviewerPC.
Ifthereisanexistingfilewiththesamefilenameinthefolder,itwillbeoverwritten.
MyContentsFolderisconfiguredfromtheSHARPDigitalSignageSoftwareClientScheduler.
•ThecontentscurrentlydisplayedontheviewerPCcannotbedistributedinthismethod.
Suspend the contents by “Pause Program” before distributing it. After the distribution is complete,
resume the contents by “Restart Program”. (

•YoucandeletethedistributedcontentfromtheviewerPCwiththefollowingprocedure.
 -Distributingatextfilecontainingalistofdatatobedeleted.
Specify the relative path from the My Content folder with one line for each piece of data.
Thetextfileshouldbenamed“Delete.lst”.
