•WhencontrollingtheviewerPCmanually(whenturningthepanelPCon),theWakeOnLANfunction
that operates by Magic Packets from the viewer PC must be enabled.
If the viewer PC is outside the same LAN segment, Magic Packets may not get through depending on
router specs/settings. Contact your network administrator for more details.
•YoumusthaveFlashPlayer,WindowsMediaPlayerandPowerPointViewer2003/2007/2010installed
on the operation PC and viewer PC.
If you have not installed all of these programs, or have installed different versions of them, a message
prompting you to install may appear. If this happens, download the appropriate programs from the
relevant website and install them.

(2)Select“UserAccounts”.
(3)Select“TurnUserAccountControlonoroff”.
(4)Removethecheckmarkfrom“UseUserAccountControl(UAC)tohelpprotectyourcomputer”.

(1)Select“UserAccountsandFamilySafety”inControlPanel.
(2)Select“UserAccounts”.
(3)Select“ChangeUserAccountControlsettings”.
(4) Move the slider to the bottom.

astaticIPaddress,becauseeachviewerPCnotifiesitsIPaddresstothemanagementPCatregularintervals
using the HTTP protocol.
IfaviewerPCresidesinsideafirewall,thefirewallsettingsmustbeconfiguredtoallowdistributiondatatoreach
the viewer PC.
