● Con guring the status monitoring settings
Click in the Status Monitoring window to display the Options window.
1) “Status Of LCD monitor (PN series)”
Checkingthischeckboxacquiresthepanelinformation
from the viewer PC.
2) “Current Program”
 Checkingthischeckboxacquirestheinformation
on the currently displayed program from the viewer PC.
3) “Licenseinformationandfileversions”
 Checkingthischeckboxacquiresthelicensecodeand
thefileversionoftheSHARPDigitalSignageSoftware
Viewer Version.
4) “PC system information”
 Checkingthischeckboxacquiresthesysteminformationfrom
the viewer PC.
Status acquisition interval in automatic update mode
1) Retrieving interval
Setstheintervalformonitoringthestatusintheautomaticupdatemode.ThissettingisignoredforPULLtype
distribution.ThestatusisnotifiedeverytimeaccessismadefromtheviewerPCinautomaticupdatemode.
2) Select Tenant
When you log in as a supervisor, “Select Tenant” appears.
Panel Information
This button lets you view the details of each of the registered panels.
 •PanelscanbedisplayedselectivelyusingtheGrouptreeortheFilterbar.
•Clicking▲▼intheheaderofthepanelnamesortsthepanelnamesinascendingordescendingorder.
•Panelinformationonthefollowingpagescanbedisplayedbyselectingapagenumberfromthe“Page
No”listboxintheheaderofthepanelname.
•Youcanselectthenumberofthepanelstobedisplayedfrom10,20or30inthe“Panels Per Page” list
boxintheheaderofthepanelname.
