Click in the Status Monitoring window to display the Options window.
1) “Status Of LCD monitor (PN series)”
Checkingthischeckboxacquiresthepanelinformation
from the viewer PC.
2) “Current Program”
Checkingthischeckboxacquirestheinformation
on the currently displayed program from the viewer PC.
3) “Licenseinformationandfileversions”
Checkingthischeckboxacquiresthelicensecodeand
thefileversionoftheSHARPDigitalSignageSoftware
Viewer Version.
4) “PC system information”
Checkingthischeckboxacquiresthesysteminformationfrom
the viewer PC.
Status acquisition interval in automatic update mode
1) Retrieving interval
Setstheintervalformonitoringthestatusintheautomaticupdatemode.ThissettingisignoredforPULLtype
distribution.ThestatusisnotifiedeverytimeaccessismadefromtheviewerPCinautomaticupdatemode.
2) Select Tenant
When you log in as a supervisor, “Select Tenant” appears.

This button lets you view the details of each of the registered panels.
•PanelscanbedisplayedselectivelyusingtheGrouptreeortheFilterbar.
•Clicking▲▼intheheaderofthepanelnamesortsthepanelnamesinascendingordescendingorder.
•Panelinformationonthefollowingpagescanbedisplayedbyselectingapagenumberfromthe“Page
No”listboxintheheaderofthepanelname.
•Youcanselectthenumberofthepanelstobedisplayedfrom10,20or30inthe“Panels Per Page” list
boxintheheaderofthepanelname.
