5. Con rm the schedule.
1) Selectapaneltoconfirmtheschedule.
You can also select multiple panels.

The [Set Distribution] window will appear.
3) Setthedistributiondateandtime.
•“DistributeNow”optionbutton
InthePUSHtypedistribution,selectthisoptiontodistribute
the schedule after the procedure (5) is completed. This
optionisnotavailableinPULLtypedistribution.
“Distribute at the following time” option button•
Selectthisoptiontodistributethescheduleataspecifieddateandtime.
InPULLtypedistribution,thedistributionwillstartatthetimeofthefirstaccessfromtheviewerPC
afterthespecifieddateandtime.
4) Set the distribution options.
“TurnONViewerPCbeforestartingdistribution”checkbox•
CheckthisboxtoturnontheviewerPCifitisnotturnedonbeforestartingthescheduledistribution.
ThisoptionisnotavailableinPULLtypedistribution.
“TurnOFFViewerPCafterdistribution”checkbox•
CheckthisboxtoturnofftheviewerPCafterthedistributioniscomplete.
“DistributeonlydifferencesfromcontentfilesonViewerPC”checkbox•
Distributesonlycontentthathasnotbeendistributedyet(datawithadifferentfilename,filecreation
date/time,datasize,etc.)anddoesnotdistributecontentthathasalreadybeendistributed.
“MergethisschedulewithViewerPCschedule”checkbox•
CheckthisboxtoaddthisscheduletotheschedulealreadyexistingontheviewerPC.Ifthischeck
boxisnotchecked,thescheduleoftheviewerPCisoverwrittenwiththescheduletobedistributed.
5) Click[OK].
Thescheduleisnowconfirmed.
Confirmedschedulesaremarkedwiththeconfirmed
sign (
).
 •Checkinthe[DistributionStatus]toseeifthedistributioniscompletedproperly.(+p.120)
•YoucannoteditatimetableandprogramontheWEBserver.Youneedtoeditthemagainintheeditor
and upload them to the server.
•Distributionofschedulesandprogramsmaytakesometime.Eveninthesimultaneousdistributionto
multiplepanels,thedataisactuallysentsequentially.Forthisreason,theremaybesometimedifference
in schedule and program distribution.
•
The schedule data of the past is not distributed. Only the schedule data for today and onward is distributed.
Distributing
