Schedule Distribution Tool
Distributing schedules
Schedules can be distributed in the following ways:
•DistributedtoaviewerPCviaanetwork(NetworkVersiononly)
•DistributedtoyourownPC
•DistributedviaUSBmemoryorotherexternaldevice
Themaximumtotalsizeofschedules(includingprogramsandcontent)thatcanbedistributedwith
ScheduleDistributionToolis2GB.Datagreaterthanthissizecannotbedistributed.
●Distributing via a network
DistributeschedulestotheviewerPCviaanetwork.
These instructions only apply to the Network Version.
1. Click [Distribute schedule or program to the panel].
The[SelectionofDistributionMethods]dialogboxwillappear.
2. Select the “Distribute the schedule through the network”
option button, and click [Next].
The[SelectiontheScheduletoDistribute]dialogboxwill
appear.
3. Select a schedule.
If you would like to add the selected schedule to the current
scheduleontheviewerPC,checkthe“Addthisscheduleon
therunningscheduleinthetargetpanel”checkbox.Ifthebox
isnotchecked,thecurrentscheduleontheviewerPCwillbe
replaced with the currently selected schedule.
Schedule replacement is performed in units of
days. It cannot be changed to units of hours.
4. Click [Next].
The[SelectionoftheDistributionTarget]dialogboxwillappear.
