Ucardsandfrontpanel.ThePSmoduleisnothotpluggable.
TheTC
Upowersupplymoduleshouldbecheckedperiodicallytobesurethatthereisnotexcessivedirtbuiltupon
thefancover.Ifdirtbuildupisevidentuseavacuumcleanertocleanoffthefrontcover.ThefiltersintheTCUfront
panelshouldalsobecheckedandcleane
dasneeded.Thefi ltersarewashableandcanberemovedfr omthefront
panel(seeSection5.8
.9onpage5‐41),washedwithsoapandwater,driedthoroughlyandthenreplaced.

icinspectionsbesurethatthefanisoperatingefficiently.ThefandrawsairintothePSmodule.
WiththeTCUinoperation,holdasmallstripofpaperdirectlyinfrontofthefanandbesureitispulledintowardthe
PSface.Ifthefanisno
tfunctioningproperlyitshouldbechanged.SimplyremovethePSfromtheTCUusingthe
instructionsthatfollow,unplugthefan,removethetwoscrewsthatholdthefanonthefrontpanel,andremovethe
fan.Thereplacementfanpartnumberis952‐9252‐006.
STEP 1
DisconnectTCUfromACmainspowersource.Thiscanbeaccomplishedby
disconnectingtheACplugsontheTCUrearpanelorbyturningofftheTCU
circuitbreaker.
STEP 2 Usea#1Phillipsorscrewdrivertoloosenthesinglefasteneronthetopfront
ofthePSmodule.Whenthefastenerislooseuseittopullthemoduleoutof
theTCUchassis.
STEP 3 SlidethereplacementPSmoduleintotheTCUchassistakingcaretoalignthe
upperandloweredgesinthechassisalignmentsl ots.BesurethePSmodule
connectorslineupandseatintotheconnectorintherearoftheTCUchassis.
STEP 4 TightenthefasteneronthetopfrontofthePSmodule.
STEP 5 ApplyACmainspowertotheTCU.ThegreenLEDontheupper,left,front,of
thePSmoduleshouldlight.
STEP 6 Endofprocedure.
