ifoperatingfrequency,aUDC(up‐downconverterinLPU),PAB,LPU,directionalcoupler,orsamplecableischanged.
Caution
FORWARD AND REFLECTED POWER CALIBRATIONS SHOULD ONLY BE
DONE WHILE OPERATING THE TRANSMITTER INTO A KNOWN GOOD LOAD
SUCH AS A STATION DUMMY LOAD. BE CERTAIN THAT THE LOAD IS A
CONFIRMED 50 OHMS AND HAS THE CAPABILITY TO HANDLE THE POWER
THAT WILL BE GENERATED BY THE TRANSMITTER.
Note
Power calibrations can be performed using the LPU LCD screen and local control buttons, the local TCU
GUI screen (if present), or the remote web browser.
