9.4 How to Replace the Internal Battery
◇ Turn OFF the primary power (Switch the breaker "OFF"), before
replacing the battery.
Failure to do so may result in product damage or a problem due to
electric shock or short-circuiting of the internal circuit.
◇ The battery terminal is exposed. DO NOT touch the terminal with a
metallic part (such as a screwdriver). Failure to do so may result in
a problem due to electric shock or short-circuiting of the battery.
◇ DO NOT touch any portions other than those designated.
Careless touch may cause electric shock and/or a short-circuiting of
the internal circuit, resulting in product damage or a problem.
◇ DO NOT use a new battery and a worn-out battery simultaneously.
◇ DO NOT use different types of batteries simultaneously.
◇ When replacing the battery, record the next replacement date of the
battery on the "Battery Instruction Label" (See Figure 9.3) on the
front panel.
◇ The first replacement date of the battery has been specified on the
"Battery Instruction Label" (See Figure 9.3) on the front panel at
delivery.
