AUTO COOK/DEFROST
AUTO COOK / AUTO DEFROST
enables you to cook or defrost those foods listed on
the control panel of the microwave oven.
For more details, see the AUTO COOK /DEFROST
chart on page 12.
HOW TO OPERATE AUTO COOK/DEFROST:
• Press the AUTO COOK/DEFROST key until
the number corresponding to the food listed
on the control panel appears in the display.
• Enter the weight or quantity.
• To start cooking press the START/AUTO
MINUTE key.
Example:
To cook two Chicken Portions (AC-4):
1. In the example given here, the AUTO COOK/
DEFROST key is pressed 4 times to select Chicken
Portions (AC-4) from the Auto Cook menu.
2. Enter the number of pieces (two) by pressing the
10 sec (pcs) key twice.
3. Press the START/AUTO MINUTE key once to
start the cooking. The display will count down
through the cooking time.
NOTES:
• If using the PLUS or LESS function (as
recommended in the chart on P.12), press the
AUTO COOK/DEFROST key once or twice
immediately before pressing the START/AUTO
MINUTE key. For full instructions see P.13.

The display counts down
through the cooking time.

Weight Range:
Food weight should be rounded up or down to the nearest 0.1kg e.g. 0.65kg to 0.7kg
or 0.34kg to 0.3 kg. You are restricted to enter a weight within the range given (see chart on page 12).
To cook/defrost weights above or below the range given refer to the cookbook section. To cook or defrost
food which is not included in the AUTO COOK/DEFROST menu, refer to the charts on pages 20-25.
The oven will display the error message (EE) if you input a weight which is outside the range given in the
chart on page 12.
