Gauges
The PG-1, in line pressure gauge has standard 3/8” couplers and a 10,000 psi
indicator. It is used to test pump output pressure. Male and female couplers allow you
to install it between the tool head and the pump.
The
PG-4 gauge is used to calibrate 12 ton output tools. It was designed to fit in all
brands of 12 ton tools, and is supplied with U-type test dies. If you are using Kearney
tools, specify PG-4K which comes with TDK-1 test dies.
The
PG-15 is designed to check pressure on Huskie 6 ton hydraulic tools (except the
ECO-EZ and SL-Series tools. It is supplied with necessary adapter.
The
PG-58 is designed to check internal pressure on all pistol grip style battery
operated tools. It is necessary to check pressure on our dieless tools.
The
PG-610A gauge is used to calibrate 12 & 15 ton output tools. The gauge is
supplied with HT41 test die. A “U” die adapter (not supplied) is necessary to test a
15 ton tool.
The
PG-ND gauge is used to calibrate the ECO-EZ Series tools, as well as the REC-
ND tools and the
PG-SL is for SL-ND tools with pull-pin.
Our PG-4, PG-15, PG-58, & PG-610A gauges come complete with necessary dies,
carrying case, and certification.
