6.3 Error code
The instrument is equipped with the function to display various error codes.
Error codes are shown on the sub-display in a blinking state.
6.3.1 Description of error codes
Tip
z Errors and FAILs can be output as an anomaly by setting the basic setup items.
z If any error code is displayed, the transmission output is preset to the value just before the error
happens.

*1: When the calculation method for temperature compensation has been set to “No temperature calibration”, no
error is displayed since this error never arise.

You cannot recalibrate the instrument when any of the errors E21 to E24 is found. Take necessary measures
in accordance with “6.3.2 Remedies for error codes” (page 57).
*3: No contact output is generated during calibration.
