 Control width type setting
Select the control width type.
1. Open the basic setup menu and press the UP/DOWN keys to display the control
target setting for R1 on the panel, referring to “ How to open basic setup menus”
(page 19).
The setup item selection screen is displayed on the measurement display, showing the
display for control target setting, “1.SEL”.
2. Press the UP/DOWN key to display “1.dFS”, and then press the ENT key.
The sub-display starts blinking. Now you can change the setting.
3. Press the UP/DOWN key to select a setting.
UP key : d.diF : Sets the same width is set both over and under the control value at
the center.
DOWN key : S.diF : Different widths are set over and under the control value.
4. Press the ENTER key to establish the setting.
Tip
z To set another item of relay output 1 setting next, press the UP/DOWN key to display it.
z To select another setting item, press the MEAS key.
Example of d.diF setting
When setting the upper limit
When the control value has been set to 15.00 µS/cm and 1.dif to 1.00 µS/cm, the relay turns
ON at 15.50
µS/cm and turns OFF at 14.50 µS/cm.
When setting the lower limit
When the control value has been set to 15.00 µS/cm and 1.dif to 1.00 µS/cm, the relay turns
ON at 14.50
µS/cm and turns OFF at 15.50 µS/cm.
Example of S.diF setting
When setting the upper limit
When the control value has been set to 15.00 µS/cm, 1.udf to 1.00 µS/cm, and 1.odf to 2.00
µS/cm, the relay turns ON at 16.00 µS/cm and turns OFF at 13.00 µS/cm.
When setting the lower limit
When the control value has been set to 15.00 µS/cm, 1.udf to 1.00 µS/cm, and 1.odf to 2.00
µS/cm, the relay turns ON at 13.00 µS/cm and turns OFF at 16.00 µS/cm.
