1 Overview

1.2 Operation modes and menus

This instrument has 3 operation modes and 5 menus in its major category.

 Operation modes

Measurement mode

Measurements and instrument control are performed.

Calibration mode

Calibration are performed.

Maintenance mode

Measurements and outputs are stopped, and performs various setups are performed.

 Menu

The following menus are provided under the measurement and maintenance mode.

For how to enter each of the modes and menus, see the respective description pages.

Basic setup menu

This menu allows you to set up all the parameters related to measurement, such as terminal

allocation of detector information.

Calibration menu

This menu allows you to perform calibration.

User check menu

This menu allows you to check the output state or measured values, and to reset the set

values to the factory settings.

Control value setup menu

This menu allows you to set or change control values while checking the output during

measurement.

Security menu

This menu prevents you from wrong or illegal operation.
