Basic Operations

Unlocking by Fingerprint Sensor
Press Finger Print Sensor to cancel Sleep mode and then Slide
Fingerprint Sensor to cancel Screen Lock.
In Sleep mode, Press or Fingerprint Sensor
Lock Screen appears.
Slide your finger over Fingerprint Sensor
Screen Lock is canceled.
・Press Fingerprint Sensor, release your finger, and then slide
it.
・Authenticate for some Security unlock preferences.
Lock Screen Operation
Using Widgets
Flick right on the left side of Lock Screen Flick right
or left to show widget sheet
・Some widgets activate by Tapping.

Flick left on the right side of Lock Screen
Software Updates
Look for available updates. Update as required.
Automatic Software Updates
Download update file automatically and update software on
specified day and time.
Update via Wi-Fi is described here.
Receive Software update information
Downloading of update file starts automatically. When
downloading is complete, Confirm a software update window
appears.
・Alternatively, download update file via mobile network.
When appears on Status Bar, Drag down Status Bar,
and Tap New Software Available , then follow onscreen
instructions.
・If download fails due to Wi-Fi interruption etc., follow
onscreen instructions.
Check Confirm a software update in Software Update window
Specify update date
・
To update immediately, Tap Update now . Follow onscreen
instructions.
・If Confirm a software update window closes without any
operation, software update starts at the time set in Time
to start automatic update.
Set date Done Set time Done
Date and time are set.
・Notification appears on specified date. Follow onscreen
instructions.
・Date and time are settable in range from two minutes to
one week.
