PIN Cautions

Entering PIN incorrectly three times activates PIN Lock.

Enter PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) to unlock. Entering

PUK incorrectly ten times activates USIM Lock. To use

handset again, reissue USIM Card at SoftBank Shop (fees

apply). For more about PUK, contact SoftBank Customer

Support.

Screen Lock

When Screen Lock activates, canceling Screen Lock is required

to use handset. It prevents erroneous operation and saves

power.

Locking Screen

Activate Screen Lock with simple key operation.

・After set period of inactivity, handset goes into Sleep mode

and Screen Lock activates.

In Lock Screen, Press or Fingerprint Sensor

Handset goes into Sleep mode and Screen Lock activates.

・Security unlock preference is set to Swipe by default. When

None is set, Screen Lock is disabled.

・If Security unlock preference is set to item other than None

and Swipe and Power button instantly locks is unchecked,

Screen Lock does not activate immediately after or

Fingerprint Sensor is pressed. In such case, Screen Lock

activates according to Automatically lock setting.

Canceling Screen Lock

In Sleep mode, Press or Fingerprint Sensor

Lock Screen appears.

Slide (Swipe)

Screen Lock is canceled.

・Authenticate for some Security unlock preferences.

Tap EMERGENCY CALL in the authentication window to

show onscreen dialpad and make an emergency call.
