C. Manifold Pressure Sensor (See Figure 77-101)
CAUTION: Protect openings exposed as a result of removing sensor against entry of foreign mate-
rial by installing covers or sealing with tape.
(1) Removal - Manifold Pressure Sensor
(a) Ensure BAT 1, BAT 2, and AVIONICS master switches are in off position.
(b) Pull ENGINE INSTRUMENT circuit breaker.
(c) Remove engine cowling. (Refer to 71-10)
(d) Disconnect sensor electrical leads.
(e) Loosen nut securing manifold pressure sensor and withdraw sensor from manifold.
(2) Installation - Manifold Pressure Sensor
(a) Install nut securing manifold pressure sensor to engine manifold.
(b) Connect sensor electrical leads.
(c) Install engine cowling. (Refer to 71-10)
(d) Reset ENGINE INSTRUMENT circuit breaker.
