The LCD displays the following message:
When the LCD displays the above message, the unit is ready to receive the ECGs from the transmitting
electrocardiograph. Follow the instructions on transmitting records as described in this section. The receiving unit
only acts as a printer. Received ECGs will not be viewed or stored. To terminate the receiving mode, press the
STOP key.
Note: The ELI 250/210 will receive records from Mortara model cardiographs. The
Mortara model cardiographs (ELI 100, ELI 200, Landscape, and Portrait) will not
receive the ELI 250/210 records.
WLAN Test
The following test requires a properly configured access point and test software to receive ECG data from the UUT.
It is recommended to setup the test configuration to use DHCP, WEP key encryption, and channel 6; however this is
not a requirement.
Note- The cardiograph uses WEP keys 0-3, these may not correspond directly to your access point WEP keys if it
uses keys 1-4. (See example in table)

From the main menu press the “more” key.
Select “system configuration” and page to the menu screen containing the WLAN settings.
Set the “Default XMT Media” to WLAN and install your network information; the following settings are required
in the cardiograph and should be obtained from your local network personnel:
Host IP address (network specific)
Port #: 5005
SSID: (access point name)
