There are five power levels. The approxi-
mate percentage of microwave power for
each setting is:
HIGH 100%
MED HIGH 70%
MED (DEFROST) 50%
MED LOW 30%
LOW 10%
TIMER (0-30 minutes)
Turn to set cooking time or weight of defrost
food.
