Anagram solver (Anagramm lösen)
You can input a word or a sequence of characters to search for identical anagrams
in the dictionary
Langenscheidt English-German . An anagram is a word game,
which creates meaningful, new words by re-arranging the sequence of characters.
<Example>
Find anagrams for ‘dear’.
1. Press
t to open Langenscheidt
Englisch-Deutsch
.
2. Press the
} three times to place the cursor
at the ‘Buchstabenrätsel’, then press
e . The solver menu appears.
3. Press
2 . The input screen of the Anagram
solver appears.
4. Place ‘dear’ in the input field, then press
e to initiate the search. Up to 100
words may be displayed in the list.
5. In the list of matches, use the number keys to
select a word (press
3 in this example).
The detail view of the selected word appears.
• Press
f to return to the previous view.
• Press
^ l to list the headwords in
Langenscheidt Englisch-Deutsch .
•To initiate another search, simply type in the new spelling or press
^
b
to return to the input screen of the Anagram solver.
