rectified by the BARTEC sales companies or commercial representations, you may
need to return the device to us for maintenance.
If you wish to send in a defective device for repairs please first read the RMA procedure
guide. Then fill in and sign the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) form and send
it to our "Retouren Centre".

sent in without an RMA number.
