Douglas County controls when and where the data is synchronized to, and who has access to their valuable
records. POA may then send the data directly back to our office, with results synchronized with our existing
Service Management software. FMAudit products are unique in that the data is never passed through a third
party ASP. Thus, the customer has the comfort and security knowing that their hard earned efforts are not
being shared for any unauthorized purposes.

Pacific Office Automation understands that not every customer has the same billing policies and practices. That
is why we are able to customize 100% of the look, layout, and delivery method of any and every invoice. We
work directly with your team to make sure that they are accurately presented in the most favorable format to
Douglas County
This process would begin with our local administrative support team meeting with KUE and providing multiple
sample layouts of different types of invoices. These are purely examples, as the final product is entirely up to
Douglas County. It is even possible to have an invoice formatted as .xls or .csv emailed to Douglas County for
immediate upload into the new e-payables platform. For your review, samples from current customers showing
their customized billing (sensitive details have been redacted) are included in the appendix.
9) Provide a summary of the partnership you envision with Douglas County.

strong return on their investment. We look forward to presenting how we believe a partnership between
