Explain the following processes:
Ordering/Delivery (FedEx, UPS, USPS) of Supplies & Approximate Delivery Timeframe
Supply orders are placed by telephone to the supply representative for Douglas County or through the
customized website. orders placed before 3pm are delivered the next day via FedEx.
Placement of a "Malfunctioning Machine" Service Call & Estimated Response Time
Each device is placed with a sticker that identifies the equipment ID number as well as the local phone number
to call for service.
1. When the customer calls the dispatcher will ask for the S-digit equipment ID #. If that isn't available we can
use the customer name or phone to locate them in the database.
a. Once the correct machine is verified by the customer/dispatcher, we also verity the location is correct, the
caller's name and direct phone # which is typed in the operator field at that time.
3.
Following the confirmation of the caller a service call verification code will be given to the individual placing
the call.
