All Supplies (excluding paper) shohid be included in the Cost-per-Copy Amount
POA will comply with this requirement.
One (1) hour, or less, phone response to all service calls. Average on-site response time of four-hours (4)
for malfunctioning/inoperable machines and forty-eight (48) hours for general preventative maintenance.
POA guarantees a 4-hour average on-site response time for Douglas county with a call within one hour to
confirm your service request. Once the technician arrives on-site, POA's goal for average time for the machine
to be fully functional Is 1.1 hours tracked in six-minute increments.
If a copier hard-drive fails during the contract, the hard-drive will be replaced at no cost to the County and
the failed hard-drive will be returned/given to the County for disposal
