The Operator/User Manual will be provided.
All machines will provide an end-user "cheat sheet" with instructions on how to scan/email

POA will provide a "Cheat Sheet" to be posted at each copier.
On-line and Telephone Access for placing service calls and ordering supplies
POA provides local phone numbers to place service calls with the local dispatch and order supplies with the local
supply representative. POA also offers on-line ordering for consumables and placement of service
calls. The
website is customized to offer only approved product. Contact information and other useful information (i.e.
hints on products codes and how to recycle product) is also available.
