Sharp's easy-to-use Document Filing System provides a hard disk drive to store frequently
used tiles like forms, templates and reports. With thumbnail preview mode, stored jobs can be
located and retrieved quickly. An advanced backup system and PIN-access security helps ensure
your files are safe. For critical environments, an optional back-up hard disk drive is available.
