PRINTING OUT SETTINGS
Settings established with the administrator settings can be verified by printing them out.

Press the [SYSTEM SETTINGS] key.

Touch the [ADMINISTRATOR SETTINGS]
key.

Use the numeric keys to enter the five-digit
administrator password.
For the factory default
setting for the
administrator password,
see page 2 of the
administrator settings
guide.

Touch the [LIST PRINT] key.

Touch the [ADMINISTRATOR SETTINGS
LISTS] key.

Touch the [IMAGE SEND] key.
"ADMINISTRATOR
SETTINGS LIST
PROCESSING PRINT
DATA." appears in the
message screen and
printing begins.
To cancel printing, touch
the [CANCEL] key.

The list is printed before other jobs waiting.
In the screen of step 5, you can touch the [ANTI
JUNK MAIL/DOMAIN NAME LIST] key to print the
anti junk mail/domain name list. Print this list when
you wish to check the entered addresses and
domains. (See page 8-9
, "Anti junk mail/domain
name setting")
The [IMAGE SENDING ACTIVITY REPORT
(INTERNET-FAX)] key or the [IMAGE SENDING
ACTIVITY REPORT (SCAN)] key can be touched
in the screen of step 5 to print an image sending
activity report (send/receive). Print this report
when you need to check communication activity.
Print this list when you wish to check the activity. In
addition, you can touch the key and the [WEB
SETTINGS LIST] key to print the settings made in
the administrator screen of the web page.
The key can be touched in the screen of step
5 to show the [INBOUND ROUTING LIST] key.
Print this list when you need to check the inbound
routing settings.
