Auto Image
Automatically selects the appropriate copy ratio according to the original document size and
selected paper size.
Auto Paper
Selection
Automatically selects the same paper size as the original document set on the platen or in
the document feeder.
B/W
Reverse
Reverses black and white in a copy to create a negative image. This function can only be
used for black and white copying.
Book Copy Makes copies of the two facing pages of an open book or other bound document.
Card Shot Prints the front and back of an original onto a single side of paper.
Centring Moves the image to the centre of the paper.
Copy Ratio
(Preset)
In addition to the preset enlargement/reduction ratios, frequently used copy ratios can also
be set.
Copy Set Setting Specifies the number of copies by using the numeric keypad. (MAX 999)
Covers
Inserts a different type of paper (paper weight, colour, etc.) as a front and back cover of a
copy job when using the document feeder.
Date Print
Prints the date in one of the four available formats: YYYY/MM/DD, MM/DD/YYYY,
DD/MM/YYYY and MM/DD/YYYY.
Dual Page Copy Produces separate copies of two documents placed side by side on the document glass.
Duplex Copying Prints data on both sides of the paper.
Duplex via Bypass Automatically prints data on both sides of paper fed from the manual bypass tray.
