Our unique auto process control and developer
refresh system for example, make sure that
the last page of the day is as good as the first,
and PANTONE® technology gives you reliably
accurate colours.
Scanning is simplicity itself. Load up your
documents (you can include dierent sizes, as
well as colour and black & white originals in
the same batch), touch the screen and let the
machine do the rest. It will even distinguish
between text, photo and pale backgrounds,
and automatically adjust for optimal quality.
Tough security
The MX-2630N has layer upon layer of robust
but unobtrusive security, with SSL/TLS, IPsec
and network protocol filtering. Other security
features include secure erasure, strong
encryption and administrator password
protection - all included as standard. Plus, we
use S/MIME for encrypting emails and digitally
signing them
For really sensitive environments, the optional
Data Security Kit adds even more powerful
security. And for maximum protection, as
required by Government, Military and Legal
organisations, your IT Administrator can
permanently enable*

the highest level of
security, which conforms to the Hard Copy
Device Protection Profile (HCD PP*

) standard.
Energy eicient
The MX-2630N is designed to reduce waste
and help save you money. For example,
the touchscreen suggests the most
environmentally-friendly settings for each job
before you start, and toner cartridges can’t be
ejected unless they’re completely empty.
Our low melt toner and quick-heating fuser
unit reduce power consumption and you can
configure automatic power on/o settings for
further savings. It all adds up to less waste and
greater economy.
