Job Build Convenient for producing jobs with more originals than the document feeder can hold.
Combines multiple scanning jobs and copies them as one original set.
Job Program Frequently used copy settings such as density, copy ratio and other special functions can be
stored for easy recall.
Job Reservation Even when the machine is copying, the user can reserve the machine for the next copy job if
the platen is free.
Margin Shift Moves the margin by any specified amount.

Multi page
enlargement
This function is used to enlarge an original image to a size larger than A3 and print the
divided images onto multiple sheets of copy paper.
Page Numbering Prints the page number on the top or the bottom of the paper.
Pamphlet Copy Arranges copies in proper order for eventual centre stapling and folding into a booklet.
Photo repeat Places multiple copies of an original onto a single sheet.
Process Control Monitors copy quality and makes adjustments to ensure optimum results.
Proof Copy Before copying multiple sets, this feature can output one set to be checked. If there is no
problem, the remaining number of sets can be output by touching the LCD panel. (It is
possible to modify the setting before copying).
Reverse Order When reverse order copying is used, the copies
are delivered face up in order beginning from
the first page, which means that the copies are
in the reverse order of the original pages.
Rotation Copy
When Auto Paper Select mode or automatic Ratio selection are in operation and the original
is placed in a different orientation (vertical or horizontal) from the paper, the original image
will be automatically rotated 90 degrees to enable correct copying onto a paper
SOPM (Scan Once
/ Print Many)
A single scan can provide multiple sets of copies with memory and HDD storage of scanned
images.

-High productivity due to minimised scanning time.
Stamp
Prints one of 12 messages such as "CONFIDENTIAL" in bold reverse letters. The user can
select density levels and the size of the stamp.
Tab Copy
Copies onto the tabs of document separators.
Tandem Copy Connects one machine to another within the MX-M1100/950/850 series, and this way
shares a single job between two machines.
Text Print
Prints up to 50 characters of text such as "5-YEAR INTERIM PLAN". Frequently used text sets
can be stored on the MFP.
Transparency
Insert
Places blank insert sheets between transparent sheets when copying onto a transparent film.
XY Zoom Makes a copy that has different enlargement/reduction ratios horizontally and vertically.
