 Job status lamp for visible machine diagnosis
The lamp enhances visibility of the machine from right across the room.
It can shorten the machine downtime.
Red and Green lights indicate the machine status.
 E-mail alert / Printer Status Monitor
As with other Sharp MFPs, MX-M1100/950/850 can give warning about machine status via an e-mail.
If the machine needs attention, an administrator will get a notice of this to PC screen.
Other users can also see the status of their print jobs by using the Printer Status Monitor.
 Remote / USB firmware update
Unlike some machines, which require ‘chip changing’ for firmware update, the MX-M1100/950/850
can be updated remotely. This also helps to shorten the machine downtime.
Green Lamp : Indicates machine has no problems
(There are the following two patterns.)
Red Lamp : Indicates problems.
Pattern1.(Default)
No light: Not ready
Light on: Job in progress
Blinking: Ready
Pattern2.
No light: Waiting
Light on: Scanning originals
Blinking: Job in execution
Light on: Can operate (toner near the end etc.)
Blinking: Cannot operate (toner run out/paper jam, etc.)
