Long Machine life
MX-M1100/950/850 is designed to withstand long continuous usage. Machine life is 24000k or 5
years, and maximum monthly volume is up to 500k.
Long life PM cycle (500k)
During maitenance machine cannot be used,
therefore, PM cycle is a very important feature for
high-speed production machines.
MX-M1100/950/850 has a long life PM cycle (500k),
and it is one of the best in class.
Highly Durable Main Frame
The basis of a reliable machine is a stable structure.
A newly developed, highly-rigid frame helps to protect and isolate critical machine components and
this way ensures increased reliability and durability during high speed and high-volume output.
In addition, stability of the machine has been improved by keeping mechanical stress and distortion as
low as possible.
Multiple Independently Driven Units for increased durability
Independent motor units are employed for essential key sections of the
MX-M1100/M950/M850 such as the paper pick-up unit, the paper transfer
unit, etc. This design improvement provides highly reliable operation and
helps to ensure dependable paper transportation throughouteach
reprographic cycle, increasing durability for the long run.
Multi-Feed Detection Sensor units* (*MX-M950 and MX-M1100 only)
The precision engineering design of the Sharp multi-feed detection system
employs ultrasonic technology to help diagnose and detect misfeeds from
the document feeder as well as the paper feed section from the paper trays.
Note : transparent paper and label paper are not detected.
