Pamphlet Style – Full Image Pamphlet (New!)
Sharp MFPs produce various pamphlet styles, ie, Tiled Pamphlet, 2-Up Pamphlet, Multiple Tiled Pamphlet, and
Multiple 2-Up Pamphlet. In addition, the MX-7040N / MX-6240N can produce Full Image Pamphlet. If users
select existing four pamphlet styles, the paper to print data is twice as large as the paper size specified in the
application such as Word or Excel, and the data is automatically fit into the paper size. On the other hand, if
users select Full Image Pamphlet, they can choose the “Fit to Page Print” setting. Then, they can choose the paper
size larger than the size that they choose at the “Fit to Page Print” setting. Therefore, users don’t need to
consider the margin setting. This feature can only be used on PCL6.
Banner Printing (New!)
The MX-7040N / MX-6240N support banner style paper when used in
conjunction with the MX-MF10 (bypass tray for main unit). Users can print
data on paper up to 1,200 mm long. This is a very useful application when the
customer wishes to print posters.
(Width: 90.0 – 320.0 mm, Length: 458.0 – 1200.0 mm)
Note: When users use this feature, administrator turns on the SIM setting to enable this
feature. Sharp also recommends that the customer installs the MX-LT10 (paper
feeding tray) in addition to the bypass tray to fully support such long paper sizes.
