Audit Log Specification
When the storing destination of the audit log is specified as an external server, the audit log is saved in the prepared 
buffer inside the internal storage temporarily until the sending to the external server is completed successfully.
• After the sending to the external server is completed successfully, the audit log in the buffer will be deleted.
• If the sending to the external server is failed, a warning message will be displayed on the operation panel or the web 
page, and resending to the external server is performed periodically until the sending is completed successfully.
The audit event and information stored in the audit log are as shown in the table below.
If the machine is shut down due to a method other than the procedure described in the "User's Manual" bundled with the 
machine or power failure, the [Audit End] event may not be recorded. The machine should be powered off by the proper 
procedure. For the unexpected situation such as power failure, it is recommended to use the uninterruptible power-supply 
system (UPS).
