Fixed lens cameras are now popularly used in CCTV systems. However very often

camera angles have to be changed due to unexpected site conditions and customer

expectations. For example, some business owners would like the cash register

camera to see customer face then the camera needs to be wide angle. Some business

owners prefer to view the cash register clearly then a focus angle is required.

It is not wise to send the technician time to time to change the camera. So

varifocal cameras should be used in a system.

4-9mm is usually ok to most applications.
