This camera was designed and entered CCTV market in the late 2006. Old design
nightvision Dome camera gets IR Leds beside the lens and behide the glass. But
the IR leds easily caused IR light reflects back making image blurred. The new
design separates the lens and IR leds. The lens directly faces out.
The plastic case holds the camera that can be twisted to the direction you
want.
