nightvision dome camera with 4-9mm varifocal lens.
However 4-9mm range is mainly for short distance. It will not be able to identify
a person or a car registration number over 15 meters. To achieve facial image
capture or vehicle plate number imaging, people are suggested to take a box
camera with a lens plus a big camera housing. Obvious it will become a target.
