44 VCC2 Terminal for supplying power to MOS circuit. Used by connecting to VCC1 terminal (pin 20).
45 IN3 Half bridge logic input terminal. Output from pin 36.
46 S3 Logic input terminal in 3-phase thread section. Output from pins 42, 40, and 38.

49 CP2 Output terminal for charge pump booster pulse. The capacitor is connected between this terminal and
CPC2 terminal (pin 52). Open this when used with doubled voltage.
50 CP1
Charge pump booster output terminal. The capacitor is connected between this terminal and CPC1 terminal (pin 51).
51 CPC1
Charge pump booster terminal. The capacitor is connected between this terminal and CP1 terminal (pin 50).
52 CPC2
Charge pump booster terminal. The capacitor is connected between this terminal and CP2 terminal (pin 49).
Open this when used with doubled voltage.
53 VG Charge pump booster output terminal. The capacitor is connected to the GND terminal.
54,60 RF
Output current detection terminal. The drive current is detected by connecting the GND terminal with low resistance.
55,59 VS Power supply terminal for driving the spindle motor. The capacitor is connected to the GND terminal.
56 WOUT Spindle section output terminal. The motor coil is connected.

61 UCIN Input terminal for spindle motor position detection comparator. The capacitor is connected between this
62 VCIN terminal and COMIN terminal (pin 64).

64 COMIN Input terminal for spindle motor position detection comparator. The capacitor is connected between this
terminal and pins 61-63.
