Use this feature to initialize the parameters for each sound
field program within a sound field program group. When
you initialize a sound field program group, all of the
parameter values within that group revert to their initial
settings.
Press the corresponding nmneric button for the sound field
program that yon want to initialize.
Choices:
An asterisk (*) appears to the left of program names that
have been changed from their initial settings.
Choices: STEREO, MUSIC, ENTERTAINMENT,
MOVIE, STANDAND

Use this feature to select the location of the front speakers
connected to the SPEAKERS B terminals.
Choices: FRONT, ZONE B
Select FRONT to turn on/off SPEAKERS A and B
when the speakers connected to the SPEAKERS B
terminals are set in the main room.
Select ZONE B if the speakers connected to the
SPEAKERS B terminals are set in another room. If
SPEAKERS A is turned OFF and SPEAKERS B is
turned ON, all the speakers including the subwoofer in
the main room are nmted and the nnit outputs sound
from SPEAKERS B only.

If youconnect headphonesto thePHONES jack on theunit
when "SP B" is set to ZONE B. the sound is output frum both
headphones and SPEAKERS B.
If a DSP program is selected when "SP B" is set to ZONE B.
the unit automatically enters the Virtual CINEMA DSP mude.

Select EXT if you do not use Zone 2 speakers or if you
connect your Zone 2speakers through an external amplifiers
connected to this unit's ZONE 2 OUTPUT jacks.
Select INT to use this unit's internal amplifier if you
connect your Zone 2 speakers directly to this unit's
PRESENCE/ZONE 2 speaker terminals.

Use to set the time for displaying XM infornmtion in the
on-screen display. If "10s" or "30s" is selected, XM
information is displayed for 10 or 30 seconds after
pressing DISPLAY.
Choices: OFF, lOs, 30s, ON

When "XM DISPLAY" in the SET MENU is set to "ON".
pressing DISPLAYshows XM informatiun until you select
another input source/see pa_e 30).
XM Radio antenna ',::',i'ii:::iIT,,
Use to check the current reception level for the XM
Connect and Play digital antenna accessory connected to
this unit. For the best reception, orient the XM Connect
and Play digital antenna accessory so that a value of XX%
or more is displayed here.
Range: NONE, 0 to 100%
"NONE" is displayed if the XM Cunnect and Play digital aulenna
accessory is nul cunnected lu this unil. If this happens, check the
antelula cunnectiuns (see page 44).
