Using memory card
Record with the settings made in "Rec. Mode" and
"Pre Record".
Press REC to start recording.
• CARD indicator lights up red.
Recording information displays in the lower
right corner of the screen.
Press _ to stop recording.
The list of broadcasting type or input signal not available
for recording:
_ DTV broadcasting
_} COMPONENT input
{3} RGB input
{z_} Copyguarded signal
{@ DVI-I input
To display the remaining record time.
Press DISPLAY while not recording.
• Remaining record time displays in the lower right corner
of the screen.
• Do not press MAIN POWER on the display while
recording. Recording cannot finish properly and may
damage the file.
• Recording stops if you press POWER on the remote
control while recording.
_, When card has no capacity for recording, "Card is full"
displays and stops recording.
• You cannot change the channel or switch the input source
while recording.
Press MENU and the MENU screen displays.
Press 4/1_ to select "Card Setup".
Press A/Y to select "Format" and then
press ENTER.
Press 4/_" to select "Yes", and then press
ENTER.
Formatting a card deletes all files including the ones which
set to protect.
Press CARD and the card mode screen
displays.
Press 4/_" to select "Video", and then press
ENTER.
Press A/T/4/_ to select the file you want
to play, and then press ENTER.
Video playback starts.
Press CARD again to display the operation
panel.
